Programs & Agencies We Support
We structure our long-term master leases to align seamlessly with a wide range of public funding sources and specialized program guidelines. For Continuum of Care (CoC) Agencies and Housing Authorities, we support HUD Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), Rapid Re-Housing (RRH), and Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) initiatives. For Veteran Housing Services, our model accommodates Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF), Grant and Per Diem (GPD) programs, and HUD-VASH voucher partnerships. Additionally, we partner with Family Violence Prevention and Services Act (FVPSA), Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), and HUD Joint Transitional Housing-Rapid Re-Housing (TH-RRH). Housing Vouchers & Rental Assistance Accepted
At our properties, we are committed to providing quality, accessible housing. We welcome prospective tenants using Section 8 (Housing Choice Vouchers) as well as other tenant-based housing assistance programs, including HUD-VASH, HOME TBRA, Rapid Re-Housing, and local municipality vouchers.
If you hold an active voucher or rental assistance coupon:

Your Voucher Travels With You: You do not need a pre-approved unit to apply. Simply submit your application and present your Request for Tenancy Approval (RTA) packet from your housing caseworker.

Streamlined Process: Once you are approved through our standard tenant screening, we will promptly complete the landlord portion of your paperwork and coordinate the required unit inspection directly with your housing agency.

Direct Coordination: We work directly with your housing authority or sponsoring agency to establish rent payments and ensure a smooth move-in process.
